You may see a warning that your filtering service is not working. In this case, your licence may have expired or you may have made the service inactive.
On the Poniva Interface screen, click on the warning icon in the upper right corner. Here there is a warning that the filtering service states are passive.
We check the Licence Status under the General Status section in the Dashboard->Status menu.
If your Licence has expired, the Licence Status will be displayed as Invalid Licence. In this case, you can contact your authorised partner.
If your licence status is active, click on the Device Settings->Device Management menu to check the Filtering Service status. Click on SERVICES field on the screen that opens.
On the screen that opens, we activate the Filtering Service and SSL Filtering options.
You can test it after clicked Save.
